Awesome day out, very experienced staff and just a great environment. Doug and Dean really know their stuff and know how to make you feel welcome. I would very happily do it again and not hesitate to recommend this tour to others. I booked this as a surprise present for a friend and she was totally happy with te complete... More

We have just returned from a fantastic afternoon whale watching, leaving from Port Geographe, Busselton. It was a beautiful day, perfect for being on the water. Dean, the owner and skipper of the boat, was terrific. We had to really hunt to find the whales - it took over 2 hours just to locate them, and when we did we... More

Thanks for your review, Kerry. We work very hard to provide a great service to our guests. You had one of the longest trips out in our history, but the whales came out to play just in time - and they were worth the wait. We usually find our whales within 1/2 an hour to 45 mins of leaving Port... More

Great tour. Its cold and choppy out there on the sea but seeing whales frolic about in close vicinity to your boat, a rare and unique experience, made for a memorable, fun filled morning. The Legends team is friendly and clearly quite knowledgeable about the whales and their behavior. We went in early August by which time the whale numbers... More

Thanks for your review. Augusta in the middle of winter is quite cool - but the whales love it! For a different experence, head out with us in Geographe Bay in Busselton from September to December - it is warmer, calmer and the whales are very playful. Regards Dean and Sandy. More

we had a great time and got to see some wonderful humpback whales! Really impressed with the friendliness of the staff, as well as their professionalism. They certainly abided by the "rules of engagement" of seeing whales in an environmentally responsible way, which was great! The morning tea we had was delightful; real homemade carrot cake made by the skipper's... More

Thanks for taking the time to comment. The Humpbacks in Augusta are on a mission to partner up before heading up north to breed. We work carefully to ensure we don't interfere with the process in any way as we want to see this lovely species thrive into the future. Regards, Sandy and Dean. More

Great experience. Within 15 minutes of leaving the mooring we saw whales. Also treated to bottle nose and common dolphins. The whales came up to within a couple of metres of the boat. The home cooked carrot cake was an added bonus to the personalized tour. This experience was great value and comes highly recommended.

Thanks for your review. The beauty of whale watching in Flinders Bay, Augusta is that the whales are so close! Although it is a winter viewing, not having to travel more than 2 or 3 miles from shore is a real pleasure. Regards, Dean and Sandy. More

We were treated more like family than tourists - we could ask questions, chat, laugh and be amazed at all the whales. We saw heaps of tail slaps and breaching (two and really close to the boat) and it was the most wonderful experience. The morning tea was yummy (wait 'til you taste Sandy's carrot cake - mmmm) and we... More
