West Point military academy is like stepping back in to Brigadoon -nothing has changed. The original academy building is breathtakingly beautiful. The whole academy grounds are oosing with military history. There is something special about seeing the cadets salute a superior officer. You can imagine the likes of Grant, Custer, Lee , and many more coming out of West Point.... More

Very Historic. Great American leaders came from here. Cadets are overly friendly. Sunday night concerts during the summer can't be beat. Beautiful location .

One of the most fantastic settings in the country. High on the bluffs overlooking the Hudson River, you are in landscape heaven. The buildings are great and the football is fun, and the cadets in their uniforms are eye catching -- but the its all about the views. Take a camera. The museum is great as well.
