Friendly service with good information. We wanted to go to Shackleford Banks, but the boat ride to get there was half the fun/attraction. Worth it just to have a ride with beautiful views.

Went to Beaufort with out of town visitors & took them to see some of the Islands surrounding Beaufort! They had a good time! They liked seeing the wild horses & the views..Make sure you take sunscreen!

Recommended. No delays on both boarding and return trip. My two boys 8 and 11 liked the speed and splash the boat has been doing. we went for shells hunting. we got few nice ones but don't count on anything special on this front.

Great trip. Both Captains were courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend this and will most likely do it again next year. We went for 2 hours, but could have stayed longer. Fees were the cheapest we could find.

The ferry offers drop offs to a number of the sandbanks around Beaufort. They agree a collection time with you when you set off. If you are interested in shelling, swimming or spotting the wild horses then the trips are good value. A couple of points: The boats only hold 20 so booking in advance is probably a good idea.... More
