I gave only 1 star because I never found a restaurant at Cashiers Farmers Market. I found a very nice gourmet farmer's market at this location. What a unique and eclectic place. The environment is a nice open air market with mostly vegetables but they do have a small selection of meat/cheese/bread/etc. The only downside was there were few organic options. I'd assume as the years go on the people owning homes in the area will demand more of this.
