“Decent Golf course, not much of a nature preserve”

The Preserve is a housing development with a fairly nice golf course, wouldn't call it a nature preserve, though. Its sister community, Chapel Ridge (located about 20 miles West) has cheaper golf, a prettier course with some great vistas/views, and is almost always empty. more
