We enjoyed viewing the Cherokee pottery, carvings and beadwork here. Very well maintained. Great selection of crafts, made by hand. You will not find drugstore Indian goods here. This is the real deal

We drove to Cherokee spefically to visit this arts and crafts mutual. We were smacked in the face with their obvious "sizing up" of us as customers. I had my 3 year old with special needs with me and I had a very good hand over him. But it wouldn't have mattered. No one uttered a word to us, except... More

Many of the "hand crafted" items you find in Cherokee are now imported. Qualla has authentic handcrafted by Cherokee crafts. Wonderful selection!

This store has a wide variety of beautiful crafts made by Cherokee artists, including baskets, pottery, dolls, jewelry, and masks. The items are reasonably priced, and the store is nicely maintained. The store also contains some beautiful items that are only for display. Even if you don't buy anything, it's worth a stop just to admire the beautiful items.

If you're looking for real Native American made crafts not junk made in China then Qualla Arts and Crafts is the place to go. My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Cherokee in July 2010 and we collect good quality Native American arts so we were very lucky to find this great place. Not only are there beautiful... This is a store with a little museum exhibit attached to it. The store has really nice hand-made Cherokee items such as baskets, beaded jewelery, drums, leather goods, and pottery. There is also some jewelery made by other tribes, some cheaper beaded jewelery, and books. I enjoyed looking at everything, and unlike a museum, a careful but adult can get... More

If you are looking for real Native American made items, not a made in China rubber spear, this is the place to go. We all ways stop in and pick up something to help us rememer our trip. It cost a little more than the shops with gernic stuff, but it is worth it.
