They have changed the parking areas at this track which has made the situation very bad for the average fan. The previous easily accessible areas are now all reserved for season ticket holders, special pass people, and handicapped. Everyone else now has several miles to walk with no shuttles until you arrive to the track area.

Went to the shoot out race in May. Temperatures were great! Awesome time. Only downside was parking and traffic into and out of the race.

I have attended two races at this track and it's a very exciting track! It's very close by!

We go to the Allstar race every year but this year was worse than others. We had many drunk rednecks around us, falling on us, grabbing us, and fighting (I know it's Nascar). The lesson I have learned is not to go for the cheap seats again, and to stay on the front stretch where the more civilized rednecks like... More

It's loud, overbearing, thrilling and "raunchy" all together. The noise takes getting used to, so either suffer without ear plugs or bring a set.

Like loud cars, warm beer, smell of rubber. You'll fit right in. Plan a long hike from your car to the entrance. Bring cap and sunscreen.

WOW, again this year we got a lot of noise for our money, and for a little money, we will be back Definitely a great experience

Let's go racing! Such fun times for all at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Just don't waste your money on pit passes, such a terrible experience that was.
