What an interesting learning experience!! We didn't even know there had ever been a Life Saving service. The hosts here are very knowledgeable and love to share their information with you! Just an excellent place to stop and spend a couple hours enjoying and learning about a great part of our American history !! more

This is a great historic opportunity at a great price. Plenty of exhibits on the lifesaving history of the outer banks as well as summer story telling. We happened to be there for the bon fire on the beach story telling at night and what a great experience that was. The staff is friendly and knowlegable and the gift shop... more
