FOTW is located just over the North Carolina border on hwy 64 (east of the Ocoee River). The park’s main attraction is the massive display of the 10 commandments situated on a steep hill. I had not been to The Fields of The Woods sense I was just a kid. and wanted to go back to see how much I remembered of it. Somethings I did remember, But a few things I didn't. It is a nice place to visit if you are in the area, but not something you would want to travel... more

Located off U.S. 64 on Hwy 294, about 18 miles west of Murphy, NC, this is a must see activity. It is a bible-theme park, which is not widely advertised but well worth seeing. At the heart of the park, is the world's largest outdoor display of The Ten Commandments, with a 30 ft high stone bible at the top.... more
