Thoroughly enjoyed our day out here. Drive took about 1 hour from Sunshine Hotel in Zhangjiajie. Takes about two hours to walk around the cave and the small boat trip in the cave. Be aware that there are lots of stairs, so not suitable for the elderly or unfit. Entry cost $12 Aud or 80 Rmb. Amazing underground caverns and... More

If this is the only big cave you have ever been in, then you will be impressed. Lots of stairs to climb and desend and the total time to walk the trail is about 90 minutes. The effort will have you sweating even though it is cool inside. I was in a big cave in Kumming also, and I have... More

Brilliant karst limestone cave with the most amazing formations. Take a ride in the boat to enjoy the most of this very large cave. Lots of steps to climb but worth seeing the different areas of the cave. The outside area is a lovely spot to have a leisurely rest after walking through the cave.

This was a nice cave, and very big. My mum counted the stairs we climbed and there was over 1000. Thankfully, its not all at one go. Very interesting cave. I loved the boat ride towards the end of the walk through the cave.

I had visited some caves in the past but was impressed over the size of this cave! Visiting it takes about 2 hours (there were not so many tourists there in November) and besides some walking and climbing stairs it includes also a boat-trip along an undreground river. Some Disneyland and Christmas-feeling thanks to the colourfull lights.

I traveled to the Yellow Dragon cave during my visit to zhangjiajie, i wasn't sure about doing this trip as i`d been to a few caves in the past and to be honest they are very same same, however i certainly enjoyed this this trip, the sheer size of the cave is immense, the tour itself is a few hours...
