Enjoyed the food & place to while away the time. Good that there are people cleaning up the shoreline.The local government should focus on the potential of the place, on promoting yet preserving its charm. The grayish, fine sand was very inviting for early morning and late afternoon walks.

Roxas City is my mother's hometown... and Baybay beach is within reach! a nice place to stay..as what my title suggests... it deserves to be developed.. a lot of restaurants, hotels, and shops nearby... away from the hustle and bustle of the metro...deserves a visit...

i spent 2 early mornings just walking along the fine grayish sandy beach of Baybay which is just near the hotel where we checked in.it has a sand bar during low tide and the beach stretches to about 5 km, nice for swimming and fishing. fishing boats can be seen just near the shoreline casting their nets.and folksraking the sand...

It could be a black sand but you can feel the calm sea, clean surroundings and a good place to have a leisure walk.
