the Sarakiniko beach is quite an amazing place to visit. I liked it more than all the beaches we visited in Santorini and in Milos. But there we no sops or any other buildings. So take your food and drinks. If the sea is calm you can swim around. We went there on a rough sea day. But still there... More

You should go. Rent a buggy, drive up there. Bring your swimsuit. Don't think twice about it!

A must see. but not really recommended to swim & spend the full day there. The beach is small and the water gets a bit dirty as the bay is closed & small too.

We visited Milos island this summer and among other places we visited the well-known Sarakiniko beach. I was speechless, I had seen the place in photographs but seeing it for real was amazing. We swam in the deep blue waters, was cold and we also dived from the rocks. A must see place. It also has some caves that interconnect.

We went to Sarakiniko in Aug 2011. The landscape, or rather moonscape, is very appealing. The white rocks are a complete contrast to the cark blue sea and the light blue sky. It was amongst the best landscapes we saw in the whole of Greece. You can swim here, but remember, it is not a sandy beach but a rocky... More

It’s surely worth a visit – we went there with children, aged 9 and 5 and the amazing forms of the riff also took them away. But we expected also to swim in the sea, so we carried a bag with towels & co all the way from the parking to the beach – ca. 10 minutes walk (watch your... More

This beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Milos and surely the most particular one. It is located along the coastal road east of Adamas, north-east of Milos. It is the most photographed spot of the island. The waters might be a bit cold but the again the whole scene its magical and its a place worth visiting... More

Awesome place to explore mining caves, natural bridges and tide pools. It definitely has a feel of what it must be like to walk on the moon with all the weathered landscape. Great place to explore and hike around and watch/listen beautiful crystal blue water crashing into the rocks. Area is accessible via car or on foot. Good hiking shoes... More
