This is a great Sunday outing for the family. The mini railway park is beautifully set out & the train rides were fun for kids (big & little!). The price was also very family friendly. Next time we would take a picnic & stay for longer. Highly recommended!

I've taken my kids many a time on this railway - we even had two birthday parties there. It's wonderful and the kids LOVE it.

If your child is or even is not into trains they will love this railway. You know the Trains that they sometimes have in shopping centres and you pay $2-$3 for a short ride...well here you pay $3 and you ride for about 15-20 minutes. Bargain! And it is all in the fresh air and wonderful surrounds. There are 2... More

We hadn't been here for quite a while, so we decided to pay a visit to the DVR on their annual Night Run. The tickets were cheap (at only $3 per person) for a lengthy ride. It was a great night out, of which we all thoroughly enjoyed.

We had an amazing day at the railway. It was fantastic. the little trains went through tunnels and crossings and signals. Most of all was the reasonable price. And the ride lasted a long time. Great family Value. Also BBQ avail there too. Bonus and playground.

Great fun with sights and sounds for young kids especially going through a phase of loving trains in books and TV.

I take my daughter here (my parents took me here when I was little). A fabulous miniature railway run by devotees who love what they do. A ride is only $3. Free for under 2's. All passengeres must wear closed shoes (no thongs).

I grew up in Eltham and Templestowe and remember pleading with my parents to take us to the "little train" 45 years ago!! I loved it then and my kids loved it growing up and now my nieces and nephews love it!. It has grown and the track now has stations, tunnels, bridges and crossings. There are a variety of... More
