We brought our 18-month old twins for a 90 minute stop in the early afternoon. Good activities for kids, but I think many of them are best suited for the older set - probably best for 3 years and up. Certainly educational stations but they also kept our kids' interest, too. I've give the place more than 3 stars, but... more
Wilmington is a smaller town & the attractions are to scale. However, this museum is entertaining and worth a visit if you have little ones. They offered scheduled classes and free play/self-explore type activities. The last day I was there, they had a fully costumed pirate handing out treasure maps outside of the museum as part of a city-wide treasure... more
