been coming here for over 40 years now and still love it! The big guy is incredible to see no matter what your age. They have wild buffalo herds on the hills and we actually saw the white buffalo this time and never have before!! Won't soon forget that. must see on your trip through Jamestown.

a great little place to explore if you're in jamestown or just passing through. lots of little shops and an old-fashioned town to walk through. the world's largest buffalo too :)

The Rotary maintains the Frontier Village and the quality of the past has been preserved.

My husband and I went here when we were at the Buffalo Musuem...the two are right next to each other. The day we went they had a mock gunfight out front that was pretty neat to watch. Worth it to see the white buffalo, White Cloud, alone. Don't plan your whole day around it, but you can certainly spend an hour exploring or so.

Visited with my two young teens and it was entertaining, took about an hour. They loved climbing through the train car, sitting in the one room schoolhouse, seeing the old printing press, and the "wanted dead or alive" posters. They giggled when they saw their photo I took of their face in the cut out of the farmer and wife...... More

If you're in the area it's worth the stop (if for nothing else than to get your picture by the world's largest buffalo) :)
