A little off the beaten track, which can be a huge plus -- but not in this case. Camping, swimming and day use areas are all rather mediocre. Locals seem to use it as their own private hang out, which can be rather disconcerting for other visitors.

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is there are a lot of mosquitos! There is a lot of swamp around the park and in the park, so bring your mosquito spray! The beach is large and fun to hang out at.
Great place for family camping. Lots of activities for the family.
