No dress code as such (JEANS, SHORTS ALLOWED). Few blackjack tables mostly slot machines. Right next to the Fairmont Hotel. Went on a Sunday night and there was plenty of parking spaces available.
The grounds are beautiful with flowers and overlooking the St. Lawrence, situated next to the Manoir Richelieu, also a great hotel. Access to 18 years and over.
