Excellent customer service from start to finish. Over the 2 days of the course, a great mountain leader who didn't rush and was patient, attentive and fun! Learned loads (more then expected and more than on the Bronze syllabus!) I now feel thoroughly confident to 'get on there' on my own. Top marks!
