Hard to get excited about a bunch of metal sculptures. There was a lot of work put into these, but they really aren't much to look at.

I had always heard of the Enchanted Highway and decided to give it a drive since we had to go south anyway. It was okay. Some of the sculptures are quite impressive. My favorite was the Fisherman's Dream. I certainly appreciate the work that was put into these, but I kept wondering where the enchantment was. If you are going... More

Seeing pictures can whet your appetite. But to stand amidst these incredible sculptures is something else. The surrounding farmland is such a spectacular backdrop. You have to go!! And do stop in at the shop in Regent to talk to Gary. He's such a friendly dedicated guy.

I grew up in ND & had always just passed by the Enchanted Highway on I-94. This summer we decided to finally do the whole drive while on a road trip & it was worth it to at least see it all once :) It does lead to no where but we were in no hurry.

I had read about the Enchanted Highway on Roadside America, and it was well worth the drive (which happened to be along my circuitous cross-country route, anyway -- I'd spent the night in Bismarck and was heading west!). I first glimpsed Geese in Flight at a highway overpass five miles away. That should give you a sense of the sculptures'... More

We were traveling back from Medora to Minneapolis and stopped at the Enchanted Highway. We saw the first two sculptures and were very impressed. We wanted to see more, but unfortunately, we didn't have time. I had not been expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised when we stopped. The countryside along this road is also nice with golds, browns, and... More

The Enchanted Highway is beautiful. The statues are really something to see in person! Pictures don't do them justice. North Dakota's landscapes add a beautiful backdrop to these statues. You won't be disappointed.

It seemed like a way to kill a couple hours. What we say was worth anyones time to see what one mans dream has turned into. The art work is crude yet very beutiful! We are very glad that we went down the highway. There is also a nice little gift shop in Regent with very good Ice Cream 16... More
