Nestled in the beautiful hills of Ohio, this park has a great lodge with an indoor pool. There is boating and golf for the people. It is gorgeous.

Very pretty like watching for wild life. Not that we saw much just some deer while driving thru the park. The hot tub at the chalet was great!

Great atmosphere. There is plenty to do on site. We enjoyed the bar, restaurant, game room, swimming pool, and hot tub. Plenty of sites to see within walking distance or just driving in the park.

Spent a week in the Lodge in July 2002. We spent time on the lakes, went hiking, swam in the pool and took advantage of all the great activities at the lodge. Restaurant was good too. Rooms needed updating.

Salt Fork State Park is a huge National Forrest that offers camping, hiking, swimming, a big lodge and cabins boating, fishing and just plain good fun for the family. Not far from I-77 in Guernsey County, it offers a real outdoors experience.

Loved the fishing--was on boat with husband. Dislike some of the choices in hotels to stay at in the area.

Salt Fork has a nice lake and beautiful trees in the Fall however, it is a long way off the main road to the lodge or beach. The closest place for groceries, dining, etc., is Cambridge which is a short drive.
