You expect price gouging from anything to do with a waterpark. What you dont expect is a barely staffed inefficient unclean mess but thats what you get at fort rapids.Drive a little farther and go to Coco Key or Kalahari the staff at coco key wont care they'll be glad you did and so will you.

Was quite the novelty when it arrived. Now these places are a dime a dozen.

Overcrowded, the staff was rude. no towel service available and forbidden to use room towels. the television remotes did not work. only about half the lighting was working. the facilities were unsanitary
