With ohio weather, it is a gamble. I had to leave the Rod Stewart concert early because it was pouring! Also you may have to wait in line for hours after the show. We waited three hours to leave the Journey concert. more
Have fun getting there. You will be sitting in traffic for half of your life. Then, you will walk 2 miles-literally, to get in. Then, you will have missed the entire show. That's what happened to me. Traffic getting in is jammed. If you do not have a special parking pass, you have to walk approximately 2.2 miles. Simply a poor excuse for a large attraction venue. Close it or move back to booking small acts - NOT Clapton and other big acts. more
You will have a different experience when you see the Cleveland Orchestra live at Blossom. There is not a bad seat in the house, whether you sit under the pavilion or under the stars on the lawn. Bring a picnic dinner and good friends. It is a great way to relax on a summer evening. more
I recently attended the Eric Clapton concert at Blossom Music Center, along with my husband & sister. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed walking the park grounds before the concert. The worst place I have ever been to, they owe Robert Randolph and Eric Clapton a big I am sorry ,Too many drunks and rude human beings.The state of Ohio needs to look into this place the kids that were there were not 21 and they got drunk THERE........
