Went along with a friend who was on an Owl Experience. Even though I really don't much care for birds, I had a lovely day out. The park is well laid out and clean and tidy in all areas. The staff were all very informative. If you are like me (bird phobic) do not sit in the main arenas for... More

This is a privately run concern where the family can learn so much more about wildlife. My grandchildren thought they had their happiest day there and we stayed in the picnic area for our lunch. It is such an informative place, with activities for the children. The afternoon shows, where the eagles etc., fly is mind blowing. The whole thing... More

Fantastic seeing wild birds of prey, owls, hawks and the secretary bird . Great place for educating the mind linked together with flying displays. You can even get to have a Hawk land on your arm. Great day out

See a variety of eagles, vultures, owls etc in this sanctuary. The flying display team mixture of birds is excellent. Not enough to do for a full day out, but we certainly had a good 4+ hours there. For a half day out it does work out quite expensive as it was just under £40 for a family ticket (... More

What an excellent day out! From our arrival we felt a sense of pride and welcome from every member of the team. The investment that has been made into the centre and the facilities available make this an accessible and enjoyable experience. There is a varied and frequent programme of displays making this great value for money and providing a... More

We took our son, wife and grandchildren today and we were all somewhat overwhelmed by the sheer enthusiasm and professionalism shown by all the staff. Their vitality shines through the time you spend here. Plenty to see before and after the various displays. The kamikaze formation vultures were my highlight but we all enjoyed the day out. Cafe coped very... More

Excellent day out. Staff commentary during the shows entertaining and knowledgeable. Educational for the children as well as exciting. Even the restaurant had good food and decent prices (much cheaper than National Trust!). Don't forget your camera....or to duck during the vulture show....you will not believe how close they fly over your head!

Husband and I who are in are 30's took our 9 year old niece. Filled a full day with all the shows as well. Great place not huge but the staff really made the shows ace. Must see for any one even slightly interested in animals.
