I have visited this little old pub several times and just love it. The food is all home cooked, good wholesome portions. Limited menu but this isn't a problem as whatever you order is good. Very small and cosy but limited tables in the winter if its too cold to eat outside. Some lovely local walks around the pub.

Good menu, great choice, good value. The bar and dinning room gets packed so advise that you book in advance.

The food is good, the soup legendary. Setting brilliant in summer, it's like going back in time! Great stop off for walkers. Family run for generations....Quirky !!!
