A tour of this brewery gave us chance to understand more fully why we like certain beers and where their flavours derive from. There was even a chance to taste the various ingredients, including the spring water used in the process. And of course there was a chance to try the end products. I'd say take the bus or train... I liked the brewery tour it was really interesting, the tour guide was nice, funny and well informed and the free pint at the end went down well!

Had a very pleasent visit to this brewery. The guide made it interesting and the free beer samples didn't go amiss either.Went with a group and had an excellent lunch upstairs afterwards.One of the owners was on hand which made it quite special. If you're interested in beer-making, or historical Kent life, you will enjoy this. Informative tour, pleasant beer-tasting session, and numerous pubs around for a good meal.

Imaginative tour, linked with real living history makes this a must. So much to take in. Displays interesting and quides enthusiastic. Food and pub "loverly" as was the shop. Top Attraction. Will visit again. Reasonable price for all you get.

Went around with a party from a club and saw the old workings in the company of people who knew what they were talking about and cared. The best bit, of course, was the sample of beer at the end.
