Me and my husband are members with wildwood and so go regularaly. We love wildwood as it is so peaceful and a really nice walk. Although you don't always see all of the animals, (a few times we have been and not seen anything) it is still enjoyable as the park is set in woodlands and we enjoy walking. I... More

Used to take my sons camping here a few years ago, not the same side of the fence as the wolves but you could certainly hear them all night. Took family and friends recently when they visited from the US and they really enjoyed it. Excellent day out, take a picnic and it keeps the cost down. Lots to keep... More

Went along and done a photography course which was very good. David was very experienced in Nikon and Cannon cameras but perhaps not that knowledagble on Sony cameras but he still gave it a go in answering any technical questions on Sony cameras. David made it a very enjoyable day and he was very patient and a nice man. I... More

Wildwood is well designed with paths that travel round the attractions. There are a variety of animals to see. The children's playground, recently refurbished, is excellent. The staff are very helpful. The cafe is reasonable. There are now a variety of "set" pieces for children and adults to take part in, like night visits or sessions looking at particular animals.... We had a great day at Wildwood today, reasonable entrance costs, pleasant staff and we learnt lots.

Wildwood is one of those few places that can either render you mildly satisfied or overly bored, and on most occasions it passes as reasonable. The entrance fee is not overly painful and the park layout is large and you will walk a fair amount, yet there is something troubling about walking through a woodland for an extended duration only... Regular visitors. Our son loves it and great value for money, especially with the all year family pass.

They have Pine Martens! We even saw a black squirrel, though those are probably common in Kent now, and weren't part of the official exhibits.

A laudable enterprise showing British fauna both current and historic. Because of the habitat in which the animals are kept they are sometimes difficult to spot. I felt some of the staff were a little unfriendly particularly when we declined to take out and annual ticket. You only need to plan spending about half a day here.
