Just a delightful collection of memorabilia in every corridor, nook and cranny of the hotel. The lift is brilliant - smooth, quiet and better than any modern one we've been in.

A little piece of living history Some interesting and unusual artifcats, interlaced with nick nacks and bits of junk. It's like being in the middle of a period costume drama.

We visited the Walpole Bay Hotel museum in February on a cold, snowy day.
The welcome and information from the gentleman on reception was good and we took the lift up to the second floor and looked around at the exhibits. To be honest, it is quite hard to work out what is part of the museum and what is...
