Great little museum always some new exhibit. We used to love coming down to Whitstable and visiting the museum, we always used to buy in the gift shop, but feel now you have to pay to get in we won't bother anymore sorry guys.
A place to spend up to 1 hour. Good range of exhibits.
not impressed really as its so small - shame they dont move it to the horsebridge

It had a variety of exhibits so you couldn't get bored. There was even a sculpture gallery at the back which was a bonus. Enjoyed the Peter Cushing exhibit best. As someone has already said, 'there's something for everyone'.
The entrance belies an Aladdin's Cave inside - underwater diving, photography of old Whitstable, ancient relics, pre-historic finds, art and lots for the children too. This is a very interesting way to find out about Whitstable and to brush up on your historical knowledge too. There is something for everyone and its not too much to take in.
