Picturesque railway run by enthusiastic staff, enjoy a gentle ride on the Cleethorpes sea front. Return tickets available but take time to ride one way and stroll along the sea front and park areas. Cafe's are nearby if you feel you have earnt a cuppa and a slice of cake at teh end of your trip.

Really lovely idea with a small attached museum. The train ride took about 10 mins tops. Arrived at the other side to a gift shop and a leisure centre. Probably a great idea on a warm sunny day if you have a few spare quid. The experience was memorable and we've not laughed do much in years! If there were... More

The kids loved the ride on the train, so did the adults. We got to see things on the train ride back that we didn't see walking on the sea front. The pricing could do with updating, they do a family ticket return for £12 but not a family ticket one way which is mad. Kids love little trains like... More

Great fun for all on this little steam train. The line and stations are well maintained and on the day we used it there were two locomotives in service. Trains ran every half hour over a two mile stretch of track from kingsway (Cleethorpes) to Humberston. We had walked into Cleethorpes from the Thorpe Park Caravan Camp but rode back... More

Took my two children for a ride on the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway on the 30/03/13. They loved it the steam train was out. However for what it is, just a simple 20 min ride from pleasure island to the leisure centre it was rather expensive. £12. That might just be me. But I am not the only one that... More

The Light Railway now runs past the theme park to the Beach with excellent views of the Humber estuary, Spurn Point and the sea fort.

This attraction seems popular with both adults and children alike. A little expensive I though for large family even though they offer group and family tickets

A magical experience for small children. Well worth treating the family to a return ticket. Dogs welcome too.The views across the dunes to the Humber Estuary are wonderful. Take a picnic.
