Great for a family visit. We took a picnic and enjoyed sitting at the tables they provided. the bird show was excellent.

Me and my girlfriend decided to visit this place whilst holidaying in Lincolshire. We decided to visit thanks to the good reviews on Trip. On arrival, we were both quite shocked on the price - £8.50 each and bearing in mind we only stayed 1hr 40 mins, we thought this a little too steep, maybe £6.50 might of been nearer... More

We have frequntly taken our grandchildren there whilst young as they loved the butterflys and the flying of hawks etc, We usually take a picnic. My husband is now a `year's membership` ticket as he photographs there. The children also loved the animals outside but were a little wary of the Vietnamese Pigs!! It is rather an expensive outing though.... More

I guess the people who complained about the price haven't paid to go to Thorpe Park recently at £105+ for a family ticket! Ok so its not in that league it isn't full of massive rides but I think it is fairly good value for what you get (I live locally now so have no travelling to factor in). Certainly... More

This was our second visit to the Butterfly Park. On the whole it's a nice day out if you have young children. But I am afraid their was a few things that have put me off making another visit too soon! Despite trying to purchase a ticket online to get the 10% discount and explaining that it was not working... We visited the park on Saturday 30th April, and having stayed overnight nearby arrived as it opened. It seems quite expensive, as it was £23.50, but we could saved a few pounds using the 10% off online booking feature on the website. (We didn't do this as we were waiting to see if the weather would be good.) All the... More

Visited during half-term week. Had driven a considerable distance. Paid £27 for a family ticket. Unfortunately the birds of prey flying display - main reason we went - was cancelled. Apparently was cancelled day previously also... Anyway no offer of a partial refund. Suggested that instead we paid £2 each to hold an owl!?! Had a coffee, milk was off........ More
