Well what can i say great staff . Clean relaxing i have been to quite a few spa's and this is one of the best . keep it up Alton Towers.

This Spa is good value for money if your just using the facilities! It has a sauna and steam room, A mild sauna, foot baths, showers, swimming pool, whirlpool, Jacuzzi and lots of seating areas. The drinks are expensive as are the treatments! Its lovely just to have some you time!

I've been a couple of times now, it's a smaller spa than some others, but lovely and relaxing after a day at the park, or to avoid the park if you've had enough. Lovely relaxation rooms.

The spa has everything - pool, jacuzzi, whirl pool, steam room, jacuzzi, therapy rooms, thermo showers, heated mosaic seats, relaxation rooms and a sunny reading room. Loved it and good value!

We enjoyed the roman sauna, crystal steam room, footbath - though the meditation room could have benefited from more beds as it was always full. Found it difficult to swim lengths in the pool as the shallow area was very shallow. More lockers and a bigger changing area would be good for this spa.

Me and a friend had a package with a half hour Elemis taster facial, 3 hours at the spa and 2 course lunch for £45 each - we were there from 10.30 - 3pm. The receptionists and treatment therapists are fab and so professional, the facial was fantastic and even got a foot, neck and back massage whilst waiting for... More

A wonderful treat to visit and have a treatment. Only two problems there are no reclining sunbeds and the conservatory is too small if busy and the treatments are overpriced.

My husband and I booked into the spa for a 3 hour session which cost £15/person. We were greeted by a couple a very nice ladies in reception. Once we had filled in the health questionnaire we went into the respective changing rooms where robes and towels are provided. Once changed we were free to enjoy the next 3 hours.... More
