free entry although the day was cold it was a great location for the wedding photos it looked a great place to visit if the weather had been better.

Not a lot to see here. Grounds are good for a picnic and its near the town for a wander round.

We got married here on 7th April and had a lovely ceremony. Beautiful grounds, lovely photoshoot opportunities, very accomodating to my demanding needs. Cant wait to go back for a visit

We went for the St George's day festivities recently which had activities outside of the castle too which were very good. These included jousting, archery, music etc and they really brought the history of the place to life. We live in Tamworth and it's sometimes easy to overlook the things you live close to but we made the effort and took the kids to the Castle. Went to visit santa and he was the best one I have seen. Good tour of the castle with great characters to meet along the way.

What a great All in One venue for your wedding and Guests , had to be shown the bill to believe the price , suggest you make enquiries here before confirming elsewhere. As guests we were completely satisfied and Happy with everything
