Nice place to visit. Their Christmas deorations are lovely. I have been here in summer and winter and both times found it a retreat worth visiting.

Shawnee has such breathtaking views, especially from the back porch of the lodge as you lounge casually in the big rockers looking out at the beautiful countryside.

Great staff, beautiful view, Jenny Richards the Naturalist is knowledgeable and wonderful with children..only 8 minutes away from restuarants, banks & supermarkets...

Many different areas to the park, all well kept. Swimming fishing hiking and much more. Definately should stop by shawnee lodge

Just minutes from the Ohio River, nestled in beautiful southern Ohio hills, the lodge has lots to offer: indoor pool, game room, quiet spaces for relaxing, affordable restaurant and one nice hiking trail off the parking lot. Lots of picnic areas around the lakes and campground looked beautiful...we'll be back to camp in the spring.
