Who do you contact about being scammed out of $70+ for a family of four?? We were EXTREMELY disappointed and angry about the money we had to pay for this joke of an attraction. Run down doesn't even describe the condition of the property. Filthy, trashy and embarrassing for the state of Oklahoma. We felt really sorry for all the... More

I will contrast this with Fossil Rim Wilderness Park (to highlight the pros and cons Distance (Tie) - Arbuckle is 2.5 hours North from DFW while Fossil Rim is 2.5 hrs to the South. Easy access to Giraffes (Fossil Rim wins) - At Arbuckle, there were no giraffes as they were in Florida for a mating effort. We had drive... More

I had taken 2 of my grandaughters there about 4yrs ago and there was renovation going on so this time we were really excited to be taking our other 2 grandaughters because we thought it would be really good---not only were there very few animals but there was a DEAD llama that someone should have found that morning because it... What a waste of time and money. Firstly, there are no animals. God only knows how one can legally advertise a safari without ANIMALS. The kids had nothing but a gokart track (with karts that are well past the point where they should be thrown away), bumper cars with 3 whole working cars and horribly slow bumper boats. The bathrooms... More

$52.00 for two adults and one child to go through. All you could see an feed were donkeys, llamas, emu's, buffalo and bull. There was no zebra or giraffe. Also I think one of the llamas was dying! Also there whole outside walk through exhibits where closed along with the rides. There where no signs t the counter that the... More

We made the drive over spring break. $50 buckfor me and my two girls! What a waste! There was nothing but lamas, emus, and geese. There was a few buffalo and some deer. But the book my daughter bought in the gift shop show giraffes, tigers and so much more. Very disappointed! Won't be back.

I still can't believe what a major rip off this place was. It was ovious they hear it often - recorded answer when i complained. "the giraffe" is away for breeding...and there are 4 zebras...we just didnt see them. If you like feeding ostrich and little donkeys knock your self out. I live about mid point from Glen Rose and... After about 6 years my family visited Arbuckle Wilderness this past weekend. What a difference time makes! In short, we were accosted by an emu, we fed a few donkeys, horses, and a buffalo. We saw a wad of fur that we think was the hyena and saw a couple of rinos. The walk through zoo had some sheep and... More
