We went to the Arbuckle Wilderness the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. Bright, sunny day. Pleasant weather, I was in shorts and a short sleeve shirt...not typical late fall temps. My wife and I went to arbuckle wilderness in october. We had a fabulous time. We were greeted by a couple of llama like creatures they may have been alpacas and they came right up to the vehicle and ate food (provided by the park at a small cost) right out of our hand.
