Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place was closed and research was moved to Rose College. Unfortunately Homeland Security withdrew its funding, and private funds did not come through. This place no longer exists. You can search it online to read about it. They did compile the research into a book sold on amazon. This was a worthwhile org that did some good work. To bad DHS didn't keep it going. They trained first responders from all over the nation.

Don't think reliving senseless violence is a good idea. Better to move on and forget it. Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism may help the families of those lost and that is not bad.

Presentation is done well but just a scam to get you to tap emotions. Not worth it. Just stick with the memorial. Get a ranger to give you a tour.

It was heart wrenching to stand where so many people died from a senseless act of anger. The memorial created gives meaning to the lives that were lost and causes a person to pause and ponder how anyone ever got so angry as to hurt others in such an act.

This is a must on your list! The museum is a sobering look at the outcome of terrorism. Be prepared to shed a few tears, but well worth the emotional pain.
