About
The camping fun goes year-round in the first temperature-controlled Conestoga wagons in North America. A glamping experience offers wagons sleeping four or six with plush mattresses, comfortable bedding and private bathrooms including showers. For a camping experience, a separate campground offers wagons sleeping eight with direct access to the fishing pond, clean bathrooms and plush mattresses. Guests of the Orr Family Farm can also enjoy Farm activities year-round! When the Farm is open, guests have access to all Farm activities such as ziplining, train rides and more! Even when the Farm is closed, guests will still enjoy playgrounds, yard games, giant jumping pillows, fishing and plenty of other family activities!

Second time of visiting believing we had caught them in an off season before. This time we booked a wagon. First night we were frozen only to find the person who introduced us to the wagon had set the AC to cool and not heat. The 2 girls at reception were there unwillingly or so it appeared - one stayed on her phone throughout the procedure and we clearly were obviously interfering with the others phone time. Most ball activities lacked balls and one had a broken rope (still broken from a year previously). The map provided shows restaurants, trains and a maze - forget that! Don’t both going!

Grandparents, parents, uncle, and grandchild ALL had fun... and the apple and pumpking donuts were a great tasting breakfast the next day!
There are many "homemade" activities that are different than many Octoberfest/fall festivals. My favorite was sharing the 12 power canon balls with my son-in-law, taking turns shooting at targets.
Our 3 yr old grandson liked the popcorn pit, crane digger, and ropes the most.
There were also many places for us to take our family pictures.
I even learned that a pumpking is a fruit, not a vegetable!

Im never coming back here again. The lady at the gate was extremely rude and very controlling. She would not let me bring outside food in yet before I left to grab our lunch we saw several families eating at the benches and even a day care with a large cooler. The lady at the gate told me day cares are ok to bring outside food but yet when I called right then and there the lady on the phone said absolutely not. There are absolutely no signs posted anywhere about this rule so they are extremely inconsistent and unclear. We were forced to either eat at our car in which is was 87 degrees the day we went or at the curb across from admissions to which we were the only family forced to be eating there. I posted in a large mom group Im in and every single one of them said they were there that same week we went and they all brought outside food no problem. We are taking our money else where.

We stayed in a wagon which was fun but not worth $300.00 . For the one night stay for 4. We found some of free activities to be in need of repair and the general area seemed to be cluttered with work materials . For a glancing experience it was ok would I stay here again NO not worth $300.00

We stayed here during our cross country road trip. We were looking for unique accommodations and certainly found them. We stayed in a tee pee and it was definitely an experience. I would not quite describe it as glamping as it is rustic but it is definitely a big step above camping. The tee pees have heat via 3 mini splits but it is a bit challenging adjusting. It was the end of Feb but we got really lucky the three days we were there day temps were in 70s and nights in 40s. If it was cold and or raining it would have been very rough. There are private baths but they are a short walk from the campsites. Our bath was very clean and had a shower, sink and toilet. It was well heated. No hairdryer so if you need one bring your own. The tee pee had a nice king bed, bunk bed, dining table, mini fridge and microwave. The outlets were a bit of a challenge. There was one mounted head level by the door flap so really kind of useless and I slammed my head walking through the entrance since it is right next to the entrance flap. Be careful if you stay in a tee pee. No biggie I survived lol. The teepees are super cute though and the farm was closed yet but we could still feed the animals and watch the ponies. They gave us a small s’mores kit both nights and each cluster has a campfire area with all the things you need to start a fire in the fire pit. We had great weather so it was fun sitting by the fire roasting marshmallows. The place is well maintained and looks like it has a ton of fun stuff for families. Games, rides, including a little train, food stands, a lake, and farm animals, goats, ponies, chickens, etc. they give you food to feed them. There is no tv but there is internet. All in all we loved our stay here. As I said we got lucky with the weather since I think it could be rough if the weather is bad. It is camping remember.

We spent the night of October 14, 2022 in one of the teepees. Occupants in another teepee decided to party most of the night around the shared fire pit area with a bar set up on a table and blaring music into the morning hours. At 12:30am, one of my family members called the emergency number given to her by her point of contact Rachel only to find out the number was not set up to receive messages. Really??? At 1:00am, she asked the party goers to turn the music down or off and they said they didn't know how. Again, really??? On Monday October 17, she called the office and left a message for Rachel to call her to discuss the incident. It is now nearly 2 weeks later and she still has not heard from Rachel. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least. An emergency number that did not work and no response from the point of contact!

Our family of 3 went to the farm on a Thursday. The place was packed and the lines were long. We payed a little over 50.00 for the 3 of us which was not bad but were very disappointed that the train was not working, they were not operating the pumpkin train and the play horse in front of the store was not plugged in all of which our son wanted to do. With the amount of people there paying a minimum of 15$ a ticket one would think they could afford to have a train that ran and enough personnel to operate the attractions they advertise for. We waited in the train line for an hour to get on only to be told it was not working. We overheard the conductor comment on how old it was. Hopefully they will be able to rectify this soon.

We came all the way from Georgia and let me say how amazing it was! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Security on the lot overnight was a plus. We stayed in a tipi, which was very spacious and relaxing. Each spot has a private shower/bath with a community fire pit to use for cooking. We will definitely be back to try the wagons!

We had an amazing time glamping in a covered wagon at Orr Family Farm.
The covered wagons have an assigned private bathroom. The staff provided everything we needed including s’mores kits, fire wood and starting equipment and food for the animals at the petting zoo.
I could not recommend this place enough for everyone...whether you are a couple, family with kids or just friends on a road trip . This place is an awesome time for everyone.
