I played this course many times, and whether during the summer or winter it is always in great shape. No matter what time of year the fairways are always green. Not to mention one of the best practice facilities in Okc. A definite must play. more

I agree that the course is good for the money but they fail to take care if it during the winter months, especially when the geese decide to make the green their own personal port-a-potties. I'll be the first to admit that my experience with golf courses is limited. That said, I think Hefner is a good experience for the money. Some reasons you might not want to play here: Most importantly, way too many rounds are played on the two Lake Hefner courses.
