Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The casino visit was an horrible experience. My wife was playing an open slot machine (no chair tilt and no one watching) when a lady approached her cussing her out and telling her “that’s my machine”. The lady sat down beside her on a different machine and continued cussing my wife out. Security was not readily available at that time. Later, at a different machine, a guy was screaming, cursing, and beating a machine as hard as he could. After several other people exhibited childish temper tantrums we left for fear of what these people could be capable of. They seemed desperate and we feared that we could be mugged on our way to our vehicle.
Riverwind Casino is a much better casino and well worth 30 min drive.

Visited this place as the closest casino to the area we were staying. Spoke with some locals and they discouraged me from visiting. I went anyway. Should have listened to them. This was the dirtiest, smelliest casino I have ever been in. It literally has nothing going for it other than convenient location to local gamblers. There seems to be no filtration for controlling smoke. As a cigar smoker I have a tolerance for smoke. But even for me it was uncomfortable. The physical facility was filthy. The carpet was so dirty that the legs of the chair literally stuck to the floor. Drinks are expensive and floor service is very spotty. In a one hour period witnessed several incidents between patrons and security did not seemed concerned. Every single person I visited with complained about the low payouts on the machines. Parking lot had weeds growing up in the drives and was littered with debris.
I would suggest OKC actually look at this place before they continue to advertise it as a tourist attraction. This place is a disgrace to the community and I would suggest not to waste your time or money here.

Remington Park Casino is located in Oklahoma City near the science center. The staff at the casino are very friendly and helpful, but the casino logistics has some issues. The casino is quite small, so if you don’t smoke, you get overwhelmed by smoke. Also, the ticket redemption kiosk are spread out and hard to find, and not very easy to use.

Ugly Casino, too much smoke and old machines. In addition Security, specially Sgt. Eugene, is racist against Hispanic people and don't let persona with disabilities in the Casino. Pretty bad for him. Not recommended

This is the worst environment/business I have ever been too. Not one employee was professional. The bartender was a joke and gave us the wrong shot. Good luck to whoever decides to visit. 1 & done here lol

I love going to Remington Park Casino. What made me mad was when they dumped all of the points I had earned, because of Covid. They told me they dumped them 6 months into Covid. When everyone was told not to go around big crowds. It wasnt our fault. Another thing they havent done yet is get Valet parking back. There is a lot of us who cant walk from that parking lot. Yes you have handicapped parking. If you get there at 8 am. Not enough for sure. Or put the shuttle back. My friends and I would come more often as we used to do if you could help us. We support you. Why cant you support us ?

The casino is so smoky, it took 3 days to get the smell out of my clothes, my hair and my car. The machine I paid was paying off handsomely, until it broke down.

We stopped here for a quick afternoon of racing. The building is smoky on the inside but clean. The outside sitting area isn't great...metal benches. The closeness of the races and horses is fun for the kids. It is free to get in, and you just pay for your bets.
