This is a pleasant small State Park, located about six miles south of Newport on Hwy 101. The parking area looks directly out onto the ocean, so if the weather is bad, you can sit and watch the waves without getting wet. There are restrooms and a few picnic tables, and a short walk down a slight hill brings you... more
