Park in the lot, head down some stairs and a footpath, and then you are on a short curved stretch of beach that is a good place to stroll, go tidepooling, or just relax and watch the sunset! Located about halfway between Newport and Waldport, on Hwy 101. more
Great place to visit if in Newport. Make sure to look for the starfish. Oh yeah and take some sturdy shoes because the rocks are slippery. more
We visited in early November, so it was chilly, but we were the only ones there. Near the parking area there are restrooms and picnic benches. The view from that area is woderful.
