This is one of my favorite spots in Portland. The Esplanade is designed for walkers, bikers, and folks in wheelchairs and strollers. You might even see a roller-blader sail by! Sometimes people actually fish off the docks here. You can walk (or bike) across the bridges, and create a circle around the Willamette River. Or, if you like, just park... more
