I simply find it a little disappointing. It is a wonderful piece of art, but seems stuck on a building. I'd rather have it in Pioneer Square in the round.

I worked in the building for 10 years, unhealthy air, poor construction, recessed windows make you feel like you are in a prison but the statue is amazing, especially viewed from mezzanine of building across the street.

Like all good art, this comes one comes with baggage. Portland immediately had buyer's remorse over the Michael Graves' Portland Building.
