Nice area, go see the falls!! Bring a jacket even in summer.. Very cool by the waterfalls.

If you are in the area, you don't want to miss Multnomah Falls! It is a leisurely, pretty drive that takes you to these beautiful falls. Once you park, it's an easy walk to the base of the falls and a mild hike if you want to go further up. They have a wonderful restaurant onsite, too. Definitely worth the... More

Multnomah Village is a cute former rainway stop that once was outside of Portland. Today it is small shops, good cafes, and excellent art galleries in the heart of the Southwest. Walk along the main street, SW Capital and take your time. Must stops are Annie Bloom's Books and Thinker Toys... and more. Leave time for a meal at one... More

The falls was wonderful to see and lodge cozy too. Getting to the falls was really easy to get to.

Great area, lots to do. Good Restaurants and a Wine Bar. Interesting shops and an art center.

Multnomah Village is one of those neighborhood jewels that makes Portland such a wonderful city.
