I've seen this park a time or two on travel shows and I had to take a few minutes on our Portland trip to see this. After dodging raindrops at the Cinco De Mayo Festival, Mills End Park was just down the street from one of the exits. It is indeed the smallest park I have seen. It's just a... More

Mill's End park is one of those quirky things that helps make Portland a unique place. The world's smallest park offers none of the amenities one might normally expect in a park, but it has it's own charm.

This is the world's smallest park, and it is so adorable! There is a sign on the west side of Naito Parkway that describes the history of the park, and how it came into being. The plantings inside the park change for the seasons--when we saw it, there were lots of flowers growing inside. Definitely worth a stop to see!
