Do not rent from here. The Dune area is very limited and not well marked. The equipment looks pretty but is unreliable and if you stall and they have to help you - you pay!!!!! We are writing to contest this review because it is very misleading regarding the policies of Spinreel Dune Buggy and ATV Rentals. Spinreel does have a large area that we ask renters to stay within because most renters are unfamiliar with the dunes and it is very easy for people who are not familiar with the dunes to get lost....
Had a great experience here. The dunes, dune trails and the beach were all great. We rented for 2 hours which was just the right amount of time to take in all the area had to offer. We rented the 250 and 300 ATVs. Both had adequate power for everything we wanted to do. Staff was a mixed bag. Some... more
I'd done a previous atv rental 10 years ago at one of the other rental companies farther north and thought it was almost a waste of money, as you were restricted to one area. The terrain is awesome at this one, you could go to the beach, it takes about 15 min each way, or you can spend the time... more
