Any drive to, or through, Tillamook should involve a stop at the creamery. Whether you take tour or not there are 100's of varieties of cheeses, ice cream and other dairy delights to purchase, and many to sample. Everything is soooo delicious, but my all-time favorite is the "Squeeky Cheese" curds which have a buttery, slightly nutty, fresh cream taste... More

Amazing to see the cheese making process on this scale. This is the economic engine of the area.

It's a great learning experience for kids and adults. Even more fun was getting the workers to wave back.. the cheese samples are amazing, as we found 3 flavors there that we couldn't buy at home. The store and ice cream are great, prices are not inflated and overall, a great experience. Since the whole process can be completed in... More

These people know how to run a self-guided factory tour! Give lots of information on a short walk and don't charge an arm and a leg for the food! The gift shop was reasonably priced too!

I expected an actual tour but as it turns out it's self guided with looped narration playing on the speakers and a very limited area you are allowed to see. We arrived after 3 and... More

We always enjoy dropping by the Creamery and trying cheeses that we don't see in the super market. They also have a great selection of Oregon made products, as well.

I was able to write this trip off as an educational experience. I had seen American ads... More
