Great place to fish, hike or bike! There are lots of outdoor rental places near by that have river trips giving you an entire day, or more, adventure down the river! very pleasant ride, nothing challenging so the whole family can enjoy!

So, here's the thing. I really wasn't into nature at all! My dad sort of forced me to go, but I actually ended up liking this! I remember it when it wasn't a national park, and the new status hasn't changed much. The roads are narrow backroads, there is little traffic, and the... More

If you think NJ is not "natural", go here and enjoy. I've been going here since ine early 1970's, and it continues to be inspiring. Worth the trip from anywhere.

many people vist only parts of the park. The entire park is very scenic and well worth the time. There are plenty of opportunities to relax.

Great hiking to be had at the gap. Scenic, challenging hikes that can last from a few hours to a few days. The area is wild enough so that you may run into wild animals. If you enjoy boating, put your boat down on the Delaware River at any of a multitude of access points, and enjoy a leisurely boat... More
