Went with my wife and friend for breakfast Saturday afternoon. I liked the atmosphere, little cramped, but makes it cozy in a NYC sort of way. Staff was nice and friendly, clientele looked to be mostly young women from Lafayette. The space had a nice feel. The latte I had was not that good. The foamed milk was more like... More

The Quadrant is quaint, charming, and the coffee and food are enjoyable. My concern are the hours. For a place that serves breakfast and coffee to open only at 8am is a travesty. Breakfast at most breakfast eateries begins at 6:00am.

The Quadrant coffee shop is small and cramped, just the way I like it. It is in an old building and has stuffed bookshelves. You get great food, prepared right there. Sometimes the service is slow, but why fuss? You can go over to the coffee area and grab a cup of coffee while you wait. This isn't the type... More

As you can see from the reviews the Quadrant is not your usual eatery. My husband and I love to go there because of the laid back atmosphere and the interesting specials that they offer on the weekends. We go there often enough that they let us make up our own breakfasts. Honestly we are pretty predictable so they know... More

The location,..eh, not the greatest. But when inside, you don't feel like you're five feet from the armpit of Easton-which is the circle. The ambience is great. The staff as well as the customers are always cheerful and friendly. And like I said in the title, they make THE best Millionaire Row sandwich I think the world has ever seen.... More

We went in to Quadrant to see our neighbor's artwork displayed, and to enjoy a freshly prepared cup of coffee. We were excited to experience a so-called hot spot in downtown Easton. The store was cramped, but with immediate, quirky charm. We ordered at the counter, standing, with an unoccupied 4-top right behind us. We decided to take out. He... More

The Quadrant is a bit quirky and I'm sure it can have poor service at times, but that is usually on the weekends when it's overcrowded. The staff is cheery and join in the town gossip as all small-town residents do. Visiting the Quadrant is a unique experience and should be approached as such. I like the run-down facility and... After reading the reviews on here about the Quadrant Book Mart, I thought I would give it a try while I was in Easton. I am a book lover and enjoy a cute place to grab a bite. It looked as I expected, a small building with a bit of clutter. I didn't see a ton of books when I... More

This place is a gem in the rough. The owners are down to earth and very helpful. The food is delicous and has vegetarian friendly options. If you love books and coffee this is the site for you. I felt welcomed to browse and read through anything I discovered. I will certainly come again.
