Chocolate World is a must see if you are traveling to Hershey because of it's chocolate history. There is a cute, free ride through the chocolate "factory" that will delight kids of all ages. My family took a camping trip to Hershey, PA and we stayed at Hershey Highmeadow Campground located just minutes from HersheyPark. The entire Hershey experience was a blast! Lots of wonderful activities and events for children to learn about the history of Hershey chocolate. Great gift shops through out all of the building. The 3-D movie was great and informative. Was in town visiting family and we went to Chocolate World - we watched the 3D movie which had some surprising special effects - thought it worth the price of admission ($5.95 adult), they hand out candy at the end and then we took the chocolate factory tour which was free and interesting. For those who are not interested in the rides at Hershey, ChocolateWorld has a free "factory" tour ride (ala Disney like) as well as some 3D/chocolate shows for a nominal fee. Huge gift shop. Free parking with a 2 hour limit. more

Visited Hershey for a day and enjoyed it more then expected. It’s not just for the kids as our group of four seniors found out. We enjoyed the humorously guided trolley, the pseudo factory tour, even received our Masters in Chocolate Tasting. Recommend the package rate offered as you enter the area.
