This was out first time in Hershey and we found the Trolley to be entertaining and informative. Although, it was a bit expensive, we found it to be well worth it. I would definately recomment the trolley tour to everyone. more

We did this tour Thursday July 16, 2009. It was so much fun!!! The actors(tour guides) made the tour really enjoyable. We loved Hershey Trolley Works on our recent vacation. My husband and I, along with our three children (8, 5, and 3) took the trolley tour and enjoyed every minute of it. They kept our children's attention with all the silly antics of Wilbur. My children were still talking about it and asking questions long after the ride was over.... more

The Trolley ride is not worth the time or money in my opinion. Guides do provide some info but not enough photo opportunities. Sing-alongs are enjoyed by the toddlers but most adults will probably expect more than they will get. more

This trolley had so many good reviews we wasted $50 and an hour of our time on it when we visited Hershey. The actors were nervous and not entertaining. I can't believe I missed taking this Trolley ride our first two trips to Hershey! It is so much fun! Our family ranged in age from 8-80, and EVERYONE, even the teens, felt this was the highlight of our trip.
